1. The program and your licence

DukaanPro is licensed, not sold. A licence lets one shop use the program on the one computer it was issued for, for the period shown on the licence (or for life, for a lifetime licence). You may not copy the program to share it, resell it, or try to bypass the licence.

2. Payment and renewal

Monthly and other timed licences must be renewed before they end. If a licence ends, the program stops accepting new work until it is renewed, but your existing data is never deleted. Prices and payment methods are agreed directly with us.

3. Your data and your responsibility

Your shop data belongs to you and is stored on your computer. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in password and backup password safe. We cannot recover a forgotten password or a backup made with a forgotten backup password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and for your own tax and legal obligations.

4. Backups

Google Drive backup is optional and uses your own Google account, so Google’s own terms and storage limits apply. Backups can fail, for example if your Drive is full, access is removed or the computer is offline. Please also keep another copy of important data.

5. No guarantee

We work to make DukaanPro reliable, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales, lost profits or lost data arising from its use, and our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for the current licence period.

6. Ending

You may stop using DukaanPro at any time. We may cancel a licence that is used in breach of these terms, for example if it is copied to other computers.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
